Stephen Rasmussen is the owner and principal of the business which is Tailored Lending Concepts (‘TLC’).

TLC was established in 1995.

Stephen is also a Director of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA), which is the principal broker industry association.

​

TLC’s primary business is to provide finance and mortgage brokerage services and professional credit advice to clients who wish to borrow money, whether for personal, investment or business use. Our focus is to source the most appropriate finance for each particular client’s needs.

There are no geographic boundaries or restrictions on where we can offer our services.
